Small Group Training
Our small group training program rotates through five different advanced fitness classes (stability ball, resistance bands, core strength, medicine balls, & cardio strength). The classes are taught by ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Wendy McGannon and are offered every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:15 - 6:00 PM unless otherwise noted in the calendar (due to holidays, for example).
These classes are designed for people who have some experience working out but are looking to change their routine or just want something different and/or more fun. They are challenging classes that incorporate cardio, core, strength and balance in every session. Modifications are made for participants as needed, however the class is not appropriate for people who are out of shape or do not have prior experience with strength training. The Low Impact Total Body Scultp class is a more appropriate and safe starting place if you are just beginning an exercise program or you are working on getting back into shape.
