1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
3/4 cup (or 1 single serving 5.3 ounces) plain Greek yogurt
1/2 frozen banana 
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Blend and enjoy!
