JUMP START Program
What is it and how do I get started? JUMP START is a program that will give you a motivational boost to get started with a healthy exercise and nutrition plan that you can maintain. The program is 6 weeks long and combines individualized nutrition coaching with fitness training. Sessions will be held two times per week for 60 minutes each. The first 20 – 30 minutes will be spent on the nutritional aspects of your program, included weekly weigh-ins, body composition testing (to ensure that you are losing body fat during the course of your program, NOT muscle or water weight), and tips to help you lose fat consistently. The second 30 – 35 minutes will be spent on your individualized exercise program which will include strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility training. You will be given homework and expected to complete it. Specific homework assignments will be created to meet the unique needs of each participant and will help you to be more successful with your program. This is not a quick fix! This is the first step toward meeting the exercise and nutrition goals that you contemplate at the start of each New Year and have not yet accomplished. Cost of the Six-Week Program (12 Sessions): $960.00 ($80 per session) Includes weekly biometric weigh-ins and complimentary pre / post body composition testing, preliminary report and final report with comparison data.
