McGannon Fitness & Nutrition offers private and semi-private personal training sessions. All training programs have a strong emphasis on core work and functional movements that teach people how to use their bodies effectively so they can engage in activities of daily living more successfully and reduce the risk of injury. Sessions are typically 60 minutes long, though 30 minute sessions are also offered.
